About Sarah

Sarah was born in Westminster, MD, but grew up and spent many years in Littlestown, PA where she, along with her brother Toby, owned and operated a Computer Sales, Service, and Repair business for 17 years from 1997-2014. During that time, as an advocation, Sarah became a Personal Trainer and enjoyed helping people succeed in reaching their goals. In 2014, Sarah’s family moved to Georgia, and she pursued another goal.  Sarah graduated with honors from Lanier Technical College obtaining her Associates of Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant Degree in 2020.


Sarah enjoys working in the outpatient physical therapy setting where she can put her knowledge of therapeutic exercise to work in treating a wide variety of injuries from sport specific to physiological and neurological conditions.


She has just recently celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary with her husband Jeff and enjoys spending time with her two children and extended family.
