About Stephen

Stephen graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2023, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  He is Dry Needle certified, which he utilizes in conjunction with exercise to help his patients reach their goals.  While working in the outpatient setting his goal is to treat patients with high quality care using strength training, evidence-based practice, and love in order to equip them to face the world being more functionally, mentally and emotionally fit.

Stephen joined the United States Air Force in 2013, where he served on Active Duty for over 6 years which included multiple deployments to the Middle East.  He currently serves as an Air Force Reservist and currently has over a decade of military service.  In his free time, he enjoys lifting heavy things in his basement gym, cheering on his Ohio State Buckeyes and spending time with his two boys and wife, Amanda.

Stephen has a special interest in helping patients with chronic pain or sports/lifting related injuries get the most out of their bodies by empowering their overall performance through resiliency, confidence, and strength to live a pain-free life while reducing future risk of injury.
