Back in the Game Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team in Dacula, GA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want to practice high-quality care, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow professionally in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Back in the Game Physical Therapy is a family-owned and operated orthopedic physical therapy practice serving Flowery Branch, Dacula, Suwanee, Gainesville, and the greater Atlanta area. Our mission is rooted in one simple principle: patients come first, always. Every decision we make begins with what is best for the individual patient, even when that choice is the harder one.
We believe excellent outcomes come from a combination of clinical expertise and genuine compassion. Our team is committed to integrity, transparency, and accountability in every patient interaction. This commitment defines “The BIG Difference” — higher standards, better outcomes, and care that patients feel from day one.
At BIG PT, productivity is important—but it never replaces clinical judgment or excellent patient care. Our therapists are expected to provide individualized, attentive care while managing their schedules efficiently and meeting reasonable, clearly communicated productivity expectations.
We are not a numbers-first, high-volume practice. Our expectations are designed to support excellent outcomes, a healthy team, access to care, and the long-term strength of our clinics. This balance is part of The BIG Difference: putting patients first while working responsibly together so we can continue serving our communities for years to come.
Our clinic culture is built around collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence. You will be surrounded by a team that celebrates wins, supports professional growth, and provides the tools necessary to deliver elite patient outcomes.
Every therapist has access to advanced treatment technologies including Class IV Laser (LightForce), Focused Shockwave (MyACT), Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction, Oxefit training systems, Alter-G Anti-Gravity treadmill, and return-to-sport testing systems. We invest heavily in our clinicians so you can provide high-level care in a modern clinical environment.
Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you will benefit from built-in mentorship, one-on-one guidance, bi-monthly clinical development huddles, and continuing education opportunities designed to elevate your skills and confidence.
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year*
*Compensation is determined by years of experience, clinical efficiency, and demonstrated excellence in patient care. The full compensation structure and performance expectations will be clearly explained during the interview process.”
