About Baxter

Baxter is a board certified physical therapist. He received his undergraduate degree at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He went on to obtain his doctorate of physical therapy at East Tennessee State University.


Baxter is originally from Bristol, Tennessee, but is proud to call Georgia his new home. He resides in Brookhaven with his wife, Abbey, and mini goldendoodle, Roo. In his free time, he enjoys running, pickle ball and playing soccer. Baxter is an avid sports fan and always cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.


Baxter is energetic and passionate about physical therapy. He desires to provide each and every patient with personalized, compassionate care.
